Downloading the analysis toolpak

I am trying to download the analysis toolpak onto excel but it keeps telling me that office 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition of office add-ins. I am not sure what this means or how to get around this but replies ASAP would be great due to the fact that I am working on an assignment that has an upcoming due date
