doing summary sheet
need to populate SUMMARY B5 with the data from tab JAN E47

Larry419 Perhaps and easier method I omitted to mention in my previous post. In B5 start by typing the = sign and click on the JAN sheet tab and then on cell E47 in that tab. That will generate the formula without have to type every single character.
