Difference between xlsx and xltm output

Hello, 

Here is the problem. When I remove duplicates in xlsx file everything works as it should be. When I do the same in xltm file it is also ok. But when I add macros scripts to xltm everything goes wrong. Even when I don't use VBA and try to do everything manually the output is different.

My question: why?
