dependent drop down lists

I need help creating multiple dependent drop down lists based on the value chosen on one main drop down list. The Data looks like...

Type, there are 10 different material types

Color, each material Type has dozens of different colors unique to each material type

Ideal Material Size, each type has different size material unique to each material type

Cost, each type has a unique cost per sq. in unique to material type
