Demand Forecasting Using Pivot Table

Question

Hello ,I am trying to forecast demand for a material product. my data is a year data starting from April 2021 to April 2022. However some of the weeks have zero transactions. so anytime I try to do average demand for either all the weeks or any of the years by writing a formula to avoid any number less than zero. I tells me there is a problem with the formula. here is my formula&nbsp; =AVERAGEIF(B7:AL7,AN7:BC7,"&gt;0")&nbsp;below is a sample of my data. these are weekly transactions for 2021 to 2022. am trying to forecast demand by doing a weekly average usage/transaction&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
