Delete old Headers/Footers in Excel
I want to delete old headers & footers that are on the drop-down lists under Page Setup - Header/Footer. How can I delete these?
juxnpxblo - We checked, but there doesn't seem to be any other way to overlap teams interface to run a custom web app as you intend to do.

Hello Keith,
Some of them are just suggestions based on the username, file name, current date, and so on.
So you cannot delete them, they are built-in!
But if you have some custom headers and footers already found in the workbook, you will see them in the drop-down list.
If you want to delete all the custom headers and footer from your workbook at once, you can do it as follows:
- Go to File >> Info >> Check for Issues >> Inspect Document.
- From the Document Inspector dialog box, deselect all checkboxes except Headers and Footers checkbox.
- If the Document Inspector found some headers or footers in the workbook, you will see a button to remove them all.
Hope that helps!
