I am an advanced user. I am having a similiar issue. I cannot get rid of the header or footer spaces. I have reduced margins to 0. I even had grok attempt to fix it with a macro but the issue persists. I am printing to PDF. I do not need all this space around the edges. Margins all set to zero yet I have lots of space both above and below. Super frustrating. I am deleting the headers because Excel was deleting them every time I print to pdf in landscape mode. I am using Microsoft print to pdf. I have been using Excel for 30yrs. I have never had this issue before. I'm going to state this feel like a bug.

Gui1745 I suspect you are in Page Layout view where you can easily add a header if you want to. Ignore it or choose Normal.

Riny_van_EekelenYes that's my page layout, but that's also how it will print, and I don't want that much space above and below my creation !

On the Page Layout tab of the ribbon, in the Page Setup group, click Margins > Custom Margins... and decrease the Top and Bottom margins.
