Defined Names
Hi, Over the years I have this accumulated names & those have reference to external files and I have to delete them one by one. Is there a way to purge all the names in bulk? Thank you,

KiranKK On the Formula ribbon you find the Name Manager. Here you can select multiple names and delete them in one go.

Thanks;
But I can't see Name Manager on the ribbon. I just see a Define Name, Create Name;
I am on MAcBookVersion (Office 360)

And in the Define Name box, I can delete them one by one. Tried various combinations for selecting multiple names but no success.- Riny_van_EekelenMar 24, 2021Platinum Contributor
