Defined cells

I am trying to complete a VAT return and had to define cells on Excel to port over to HMRC website. How do I locate a defined cell? I am trying to delete one cell which was previously wrongly defined in error and define a new cell but when I do it says there is already a cell defined with same definition on workbook but I can't locate it?

Help please... step by step as I am not very tech savvy!!
