default font color in shared excel
- Feb 17, 2020
Hello, based on my knowledge, I think it is not possible to have different default font colors for each author in a shared excel file.
Moreover, you can use the Track Changes tool to discover who, when and where changes are made on your shared file
To activate the Track Changes which is currently a legacy command in Office365:
File>Options>Customize the Ribbon>All Commands>Track Change (Legacy)>New Group>Add>OK
