Default custom name of active field in Pivot Table

If that is suggestion to Microsoft better to publish it on Excel feedback portal Excel · Community, at least Microsoft people are monitoring it.
However, I doubt that something will be changed in behaviour for cached PivotTables and implicit measures. Recommended practice is to work with data model, if supported by your version of Excel, and use explicit measures.
