Default Border
Using 365. Cannot get Excel to change the default border from Bottom only to all. Tried creating a custom Template. Nope. Any help?
If you right click on the bottom border icon (after selecting the borders icon) then select add to quick access toolbar, you'll then have a button to use repeatedly
