Default autofill
Is it possible to set default autofill options? I would like to set the autofill box to 'copy cells' only

Excel does not offer a way to set the default AutoFill behavior. Microsoft has turned down a request to add it (Setting AutoFill Default)
If you hold down Ctrl while dragging the fill handle, Excel will copy cells instead of filling a series.
