Hi Sabby02 you can use Today() function and do calculation on it. Today function take current date
Time with the Company(Days): =TODAY()-Start date cell value
Time with the Company(years): =(TODAY()-Start date cell value)/365
I hope it help you

=DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"d")
If the employee start dates are in range A2:A100 you can enter this formula in cell B2 and fill it down to cell B100.
