You can use "m" for months. Here is further information about DATEDIF.

=CONCATENATE("months"," ",DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"m")-DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"y")*12," ","years"," ",DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"y"))
I'd apply this formula.
