What is the Short Date system setting on your computer?

If your system date setting is in DMY order, the setting in Text to Columns should also be DMY by default.
The formula bar in the last picture shows 4 01 2024. That suggests that the date separator is a space instead of the usual / or -. Perhaps that causes the problem...
