Date Formula
Good morning,
I need help to fill in a cell a certain color when the date in that specific cell is older than a week. I've been trying to find answers on YouTube, and can not find it.

You could use Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format as:
=B2<=TODAY()-7
