DATE FORMATTING ISSUE
According to my format settings, the excel shows me like "Perşembe 14.11 - 12:00" when I write "14.11.2019 12:00" on A1 in attached example. Perşembe means Thursday in Turkish language so it show...
You may try the following custom number formatting to display the date in the desired format...
dddd ([$-en-US]ddd) dd/mm - hh:mm
