Date formatting error #################
I have tried Data > Text to Columns and converted the text to number and then tried changing the following dates to 01/03/23. I have tried other solutions but all I get is ############## when selecting the date format.
Is there another solution? The info was downloaded from a BI report.

Excel doesn't recognize 20230103 as a date.
Select the column, then click Text to Columns again.
Select Delimited, then click Next > twice.
Select YMD from the drop down next to Date.
Click Finish.
(Make sure that the column is wide enough to display a date)
