Datavalidation list based on 1 criteria.
Hi,
Its now I wished the customer had dynamic arrays 😉 But without that. How do I make a list for use with data validation, based on 1 criteria?
See picture. I would like to have new list (combining first name & Last name) if they have x in construction manager column.

The attached shows FILTER versus a traditional IF/SMALL/INDEX
The presentation may strike you as a little unusual but I have described direct referencing (A1 or R1C1) as an abomination that should never have found its way into professional modelling 🙂

- Thank you. It was perfect. And I agree. Cant wait for DA to be general available. Maybe that will be the x-mas gift from Microsoft this Year.
