DataGrid e FlexGrid

Good morning
Please anyone know a slightly more advanced Excel userform grid than the listview? Then I can't use the FlexGrid, I downloaded MSFLXGRD.OCX then from tools - references I loaded the ocx but then I can't bring it to the userform. Can someone please help me?
