Data Validation suddenly eliminated from a file.
When I opened some excel file, I found that "Data Validation" has been eliminated from the file even I didn't anything.
Didn't changed excel version or anything.
Can someone tell me what is potential reason for this?

if i may ask naively :)...
Did you click the cell again?
This drop-down is only displayed when the cell is selected.
If not...then save the file in .xlsx format if still in the old .xls format.
Would additionally and perhaps in advance carry out an Excel repair and Office update.
