Data Streamer Excel

Wish to collect data less frequently than allowed.  
limits are Data Interval 10-1000 ms

want to collect data every 10 seconds or 30 seconds.

how can I change the option on Workbook Settings ? Or on excel?  Or in some other area of data Streamer?.
