Data Streamer .com add-in
Data Streamer is available for free to all Microsoft 365 subscribers.
If you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber, make sure you have the latest version of Office.
If you don't see an entry for the Data Streamer add-in in the COM Add-Ins dialog box, it's because either your version of Office or Excel doesn't include it, or your organization's system administrator has made it unavailable.

I know I don't know anything (Socrates)- No solution, still the problem remains, I can't install it to my office professional plus 2016. It worked back in year 2019, why not now 😒

Note: To use Data-Streamer, you must be running a PC with Windows 10 and Microsoft Excel 2016 (desktop version).Nowhere I can find that it is not possible with Excel 2016.
