data source error

Hi,

We have a problem when a master table (spreadsheet) in excel and is that when we refresh the data, it shows the following error:

[DataSource.Error] The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Companyname\Companygroup\User name-filename\Master templates\Name Project Tamplate.xlsx' because it is being used by another process.

We use one drive to share the master templates table and also share point. The file is located in the "cloud" in a folder in one drive. 

Really appreciate a hand with this as I can't fix it.
