Data Correlation Between Sheets

I am trying to pull data from one sheet to another. I have tried VLOOKUP to no avail. Here is what I am working with. Using the green as a reference, I want the yellow to populate into the red in another sheet when it correlates to the data in green. So, basically, search the green and if it matches the blue, dump the yellow into the red. I have separate sheets with data that I need to combine using the Job Number (green) as the reference so that I can compare the Item Code with the Duration.

    'Job Number' looks to be a number stored as text in both ranges so there's no issue there. The issue might be with the way the VLOOKUP is written. If you're able to share your formula or even show the row/column markers and your sheet names, you'll get a solution quickly.
