Data connections have been blocked
Hello,
My excel file said that when I open it. After clicking on both buttons Enable/Disable, the file cannot open. Could you please help how can I recover this file?

I had similar problem, but with Excel files did not appear to even be open and are named Book1, Book6, etc.
If it was for a file I did not save yet, then none of the files I had open even had links in them, so it is unclear why I received the messages.
