Data Analysis add on in Excel 2021

When I try to add the Data Analysis add on I get this messageMicrosoft Excel Can not acess the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office 16\Library\Analysis\Analys32.XLL

The file name does not exist

The file is being used by another program

The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook
