dashboard for startup

I am reaching out to you because I am looking to build an excel dashboard for startup, I am looking to launch. The business is a fruit and vegetable home delivery service based on specific selected menu choices. With that in mind I need the dash board to be able to prepopulate a grocery list based on a selected menu. To explain further, Please find the below, assuming a client is placing an order for 3 days worth of smoothies, I can get a quick summary of stock that is required to fulfil the order. e..g.

Option 1: 

BANANA, PEANUT BUTTER & MINT GREEN SMOOTHIE, where the ingredients would be 

200ml cows milk if I haven't got any almond milk in the fridge.

1 banana

40 g fresh spinach - about 1 generous handful

1 tsp peanut butter - heaped

A few fresh mint leaves

Option 2: 

BANANA & STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE where the ingredients are 

400 ml skimmed milk

1 banana

6 large strawberries

2 tbsp wheatgerm - or bran flakes

etc . 

IF i a client selects these two options, it will automatically prepopulate a grocery list detailing the below 

how many of the following ingredients as a function of the above recipes 

1) 2 bananas ( 2 bananas based on order option 1 and 2

2) 600 ml of milk (based on a sum of option 1 and 2)

etc
