Customized number format
If we want to display 1233456 as 1,233.46 km, we can apply a custom number formula like #,##0.00, "km". How can we do the opposite? If our number is 0.01234, how can we display it as 12.34 mm?
I'm afraid you'll have to use a formula in another cell for that. A custom number format in the cell itself won't do it.
