Custom Format
I have a column of ID numbers that I'd like to custom format into emails addresses, adding @dallastown.net to each number. Can I do that?

Do you only need to display them as email addresses, or do you need them to act as clickable hyperlinks?
If the former, and if they contain only digits, you can do the following:
Select the IDs.
Press Ctrl+1, then activate the Number tab of the Format Cells dialog.
Enter the following custom format in the Type box, then click OK:
0"@dallastown.net"
If the IDs are text values, for example because they also contain letters, use
@"@dallastown.net"
