Custom error bars not showing up correctly in excel

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the error bars on my graph. (Pasted below)

I made custom error bars on this graph and they are not showing up correctly. The custom positive and negative error bars are the standard deviation values shown above. For some reason, the error bars all look the same (very small-horizontal) and they should not based on the custom values I have inputted. 

Has anyone had this issue before?
