Cursor placement question
Apologies if this has been answered. It's a bit of a weird question. Is there a way to move the CURSOR between cells so that the cursor ITSELF is active and can be arrowed back and forth once it ...

As I understood that's about to keep cell edit mode without double-clicking or pressing F2 on each cell when the focus is changed from one cell to another .
If so - nope, there is no such option in Excel, if only some third-party add-ins. If no formulas within cells range to edit, the workaround could be copy entire region and paste everything to Notepad (not Word). Edit everything in Notepad (without removing tabs which are within the text), copy and paste back to Excel. If formatting is not important on same place, otherwise on empty place and copy/paste it as values on old place.
Perhaps something more advanced than Notepad works as well, i didn't try.
