Ctrl+Shift+Arrow isn't working

Hi!! 

I have turned off my transitional navigational keys and my scroll lock but ctrl+shift+arrow still isn't working. Could you guys provide me with some tips?

    olgaro I have the same problem. This is driving me crazy, I've literally never been so incapacitated in my work before. 

    Ctrl+Shift+Left and Right are working as expected, but not up and down.

    I have

    • closed each and every tool that could be using hotkeys
    • made sure that Transitional/Alternate Navigation Keys under Lotus Compatibility is off
    • checked that every key and combination of the keys involved are working as expected in other software
    • checked that other hotkeys that use the ctrl+shift combination are working in Excel
    • checked that scroll lock is off (which has another effect altogether)
