Ctrl+D function does not work
Hello, I'm trying to use the function ctrl+d on excel to copy the content to the cell below and it is not working, only ctrl+r is working, which copies the cell content to the right. I tried changing the language, it works for a bit and then stops working. Is it a bug? I need help asap because I used it daily and now it annoys me very much that is not working, it saves me a lot of effort and time.
If you have Webex installed, try disabling the shortcut for Declining Calls (Ctrl+D).
From Windows Start Menu Open WebEx App.
Click On settings Option.
Navigate to
Keyboard Shortcuts - In search menu type D – From List - Uncheck Decline call option.
click on save.
Go back to MS Office apps and verify.Found it in another thread today and it has worked for several people.

Thanks Brother,
You are awesome, this feature was annoying me for quite some time.
I wasn't aware this is because of Webex, but Ctrl+D recently stopped working for entire windows system and other applications.
Your suggestion helped resolve the issue.
Sometimes petty things give you a lot of pain.
You are a Saviour.

- JKPieterseSilver ContributorDo you have any add-ins loaded that might have high-jacked that short-cut key? Or perhaps other software?
- MRoussCopper ContributorNo i dont have any add-ins loaded nether any other 3rd party software for the excel. I cannot find a reason for the shortcut to not work.. Thanks for your response

MRouss Have you got any utility software either recently installed, or updated? I use Microsoft Powertools and that interfered with one of my Excel short-cuts so I turned off that feature in Powertoys as I didn't use it.
- hmorris328Copper ContributorA couple of us in my office have had the ctrl+d issue this week too! We have been scouring the internet looking for the problem and this is it!!! Thank you for the post. It is now full functioning again. I depend on this function multiple times a day.

I recommend starting by testing the shortcut key in Safe Mode.

I'm betting it will work in Safe Mode. Close Excel and re-launch it normally and try the shortcut again. Sometimes merely running an app through safe mode will fix a quirk like this one.- MRoussCopper ContributorThanks for your response, I tried it but unfortunately nothing changed..
