Creating TEAMS link in Excel

I am creating a spreadsheet that I would like to create a link to a TEAMS chat where we can distribute information quickly and massively.  It won't be used all the time just in certain situations.  If I create a Team group will everyone have access to it?  Any guidance would be appreciated.  Not sure it can be done but I can't imagine it not being a possibility.
