Creating a search of data in Excel using filter options
Hi I am looking to create a filter that will enable me to populate searches from a dataset
ie the user can search/filter by various column fields (ie asset, plant, group) using commands and this will filter the dataset.
If so any idea on the code?
The request is to make it a user friendly form style search so as filtering search box with multiple options.

Have you investigated AutoFilter (click in the dataset, then select Sort & Filter > Filter on the Home tab of the ribbon)?
Each column header will display a drop-down arrow. The drop-down menu offers lots of filter options.

HansVogelaar looking to create more of a form like filter so it populates the data seperate to the actual table - I use drop down filters
