Creating a query or function that concatenates row text and adds new columns by comparing a field

This is probably a simple thing to do, but I'm all thumbs.   

In the attached sample file, order details are either one or multiple rows long.   If the SKU/Item numbers match for a given set of rows, I need to group them together and transform those details into a single line.   

the sample file contains the "raw data" in the left-hand table and a mock-up table on the right that shows what needs to be generated by the query (ignore the Qty ordered column, that will come from another join.)

Any thoughts on how to transmogrify these rows?
