Creating a dynamic table from an existing table

I have an Excel table (call it Table A) with four fields (call them 1,2,3,4). I want to create a dynamic table (call it table B) that populates with data from Table A, but only where the data in Field three of Table A meets a particular criteria. I have been trying with XLookup, but I think I´m barking up the wrong tree.

I would be grateful for any guidance, please.
