Create training matrix where dates are automatically highlighted when due and past
I want to keep a record of all employees training, when they last took it when it’s due and if it’s past due, all to be highlighted automatically in colours
Read up on "Conditional Formatting" for the how-to part of this. In Excel Help or via Google. It shouldn't be hard. If you need further help, come back with an example spreadsheet with your data (dummy names, please) so somebody here can work with your actual data and layout.
