Is it possible to create and add custom help pages/guided instructions on the 'Help pane'-section for a workbook?

- No, not directly. You can create an Office Add-in. Take a look at the below link for instructions. It can be a bit intense if you're not familiar with it.

I am not familiar with creating Add-ins and it will be probably intense, but so is the very first time writing a complex code. 🙂
