Counting number of times text appears in column

Hope someone can help me out 🙂

I'm trying to create a questionnaire which directs users to the platform they should post their content to on our internal websites. e.g.

Do you want your content available on mobile?" Yes returns "Platform A, Platform C or Platform D" and No returns "Platform B and Platform E"

Do you want your content to be liked and shared?" Yes returns "Platform C or Platform D" and No returns "Platform A, Platform B or Platform E"

and so on, for around six more questions

How would I crate a formula to analyse the frequency of terms in the cells and return the result in a single cell? So if Platform A crops up in the results column most, that's displayed as overall the best platform to post to.
