Countifs help

im using countifs to keep track of the amount of times my criteria appears in row, but i'm trying to figure out how to make it count by .1 instead of by 1. Any helpw ould be greatly appreciated im slowly learning all the uses for excel.

    What do you mean by .1? Count then divide by 10? Or something else? Would you please explain little more with few of a example?

    divide by ten so something like:

    =COUNTIFS( ....) /10
