COUNTIFS formula

Hi, I'm working on trying to use countifs formulas and it seems to be breaking when I do this. I'm trying to count if Column BT equals Current Quarter, then look to Column AR and count the lines that...

Hi Monica,

 

In general the formula shall work. Are you sure "Current Quarter" in cell of BT column has no extra spaces or non-printable characters?

    Thank you! I figured it out. I had the quote facing the wrong way. Gotta love excel.
