COUNTIF not working

Did you look at my suggestions? If they don't help:

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

column is is concatation of a thru H...so all values in column J should be 1.

    Internally COUNTIF converts text which looks like numbers into the numbers keeping first 15 digits

    The trick could be

    or you may use SUMPRODUCT() instead.
