Use COUNTIFS:
=COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "X")
So for example
=COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "X")&"/"&COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "M")
Use COUNTIFS:
=COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "X")
So for example
=COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "X")&"/"&COUNTIFS(gender_range, "M", paid_range, "M")
