Count Yes/No

Hello All, I have an excel sheet where one column contains Yes/No and other Email IDs. I want to count the number of No till it encounters first Yes (Assuming first entry as No). Can someone help me...

That could be

 

=XMATCH("No",attended)-1

    SergeiBaklan thanks for your reply however what I need is count of "No"s till it reaches "Yes"
