Count if using multiple criteria rows and columns

The 14 Feb column is empty!
But I fill it with the 5 Feb's data to test the solution.
So, please see this formula in the attached file:
=COUNTIFS($A$3:$A$150,$AF$4,$B$3:$B$150,AF5,INDEX($C$3:$AD$150,,MATCH($AI$2,$C$2:$AD$2,0)),"P")
