COUNT function
Hi!
Im trying to count a certain number of patients names listed on a column, but I don´t want it to count a patient´s name if it is repeated, also I want it to count with the condition of a date that is in another column, which Formula can I use in this scenario?

You can use formula in attached file to count the patients
I don't know what you mean with "also I want it to count with the condition of a date that is in another column"....
