Detlef_Lewinhow to merge these multiple rows into one single row entries?

 

for example for row 3/4/5 is actually row 3 only and so on..

      Detlef_Lewin, what I was trying to say is like if I extend this formula to other cells then it's not allowing me to do so with below error :-

        Merging cells is not a best practice for reasons such as this with the formula. It might be best to select the entire sheet and unmerge all.
